I am convinced that rock and metal fans appreciate good music, no matter what type it is, and are more supportive of good music, than any other groups of fans.

Is it just me or does the bagpipes evoke a sensation of pride and energy within? What an amazing sound!!

Ich bin kein Schotte, ich bin Deutscher und trotzdem bekomme ich bei Scotland the Brave Gänsehaut und Tränen in die Augen! Warum???

May the Scottish Clans never forget who they are, their history, and what they represent.

What I really love about this song is each round another instrument joins, so epic it's such a beautiful anthem, when Scotland splits from England I want to be there and join in and play along with the pipers . This song shows unity and strength of a strong and proud nation

I know this is a concert, but listen to this on headphones. Imagine yourself, Scottish Highlands, year 1297. Surrounded by the clatter of swords and wooden shields, the scent of trodden grass and earth. The sound of a crowd of hundreds all crying out to drive the English back to their lands to nevermore darken the shores of your home. The first couple minutes is a great ambience setting piece.

Makes me appreciate that part of my heritage. Scottish and Irish make a rebellious combo!

This is how every Metal band should open a show.

I'm Native American on my mothers side and Scottish/English on my fathers side. Nothing to be ashamed about on either side, I come from a long line of proud people on both sides and I am not ashamed of who I am.

I AM a Scot decendant in Australia my father is a Scotsman (Cameron) directly.I follow our Old Gods.We all need to know where we are from -and how the dieties blood flows through our veins.Consumerism and trends have robbed us of our dignety. When we listen to our music without distractions, with headphones by ourselves, a feeling is felt, a pride is disturbed from dust covered oblivion. Hetitage and pride, is recovered, and is, unearthed, and we start to feel earthed , centered, and whole again.

I am of Scottish descent though I was born in America. When I hear this song in particular (Scotland The Brave) it actually makes me tear up and get goosebumps. Likening to hearing the national anthem and having friends and family that have served and died and been injured.
