I LOVE being a stay at home mom who homeschools!! I would not change it for anything! Someone asked my daughter what she wants to do after high school and she said be a wife and mom and start her crochet business and the lady said is that all you want to do, you are so smart you could do much more. Thankfully, my daughter is strong in the Lord and that comment didn’t shake her up. I kindly replied to her saying if there were more moms who wanted to raise their children at home with sound biblical virtues, we wouldn’t have half the nonsense going on in the world.

I was at a party several years ago. A nice young lady came up to me introduced herself, briefly spoke about her career, and asked me what I did. I told her I was a stay at home mom and I homeschooled my children. She looked at me like I had belched in her face and turned on her heels and walked away. I was stunned because I actually thought she might be interested in how homeschooling worked. Silly me.

My mom was a working mother. An electrical engineer. I was always jealous I had to stay at after school at a program where kids like me with working moms went after elementary school. All the other kids got to walk home and see their moms and play at their own homes or their friends homes. All While I was stuck at school.

My mom is the strongest women I know and she was a stay at home mom. I am so grateful to have had that experience growing up. i'm 40 now and my parents are still married. don't see that much these days. i wont say i mever had bad times, because i did, but i brought those on myself. my parents never gave up on me, even when i gave up on myself. my parents are the greatest blessing in my life after my relationship with Christ. great vid, Colin! ❤️🙏

My wife was extremely successful before we met and married. Once we had children God moved her to sell her business and become a full time mother and wife. She asked me, and I told her I wasn't about to stand in the way of God, so she did.

Our kids came out great. PhD's and very successful. We have a wonderful relationship with each other, too.

I recently asked her if she missed her business and she said no, because she was surrounded by so many blessings. Of course, I'm doing my part to make all this possible. We know several beautiful, wonderful women who have bums for husbands or the husbands bailed on the family, too, and they have to work multiple jobs. Feminism is a lie. Whatever it supposedly started as it isn't anymore. The defenders close their eyes to all the ugly parts and try to pretend that it's simply about equality. I wish it was.

Thank you for posting this video, I'm 16 and (thanks be to God) I was already aware of the direction in life I was headed (somewhere in the pastoral ministry), however, after seeing this video, I'm convinced God has put it on my heart to help the up-coming (and current) generations become godly young men and women.

This is 100% true! At 25 I knew I would not be complete without caring for a husband and children. I had finished my BA and Masters. I had a few careers, but I was dying inside. I am so grateful I met my husband at that time and I set aside my career to focus on raising our children and freedom schooling our children. My husband snd I are seeing the fruit of our labor… Our children. I was very present. I cared, sacrificed material possessions, my career and set aside the selfish thoughts of making myself happy. I did not have this growing up. My husband and I successfully broke the cycle.

God calls some men and WOMEN to be single, and there is nothing wrong with that. I know a lot of women at Church who never married or had children, and they are fufilled in Christ. Our lives should be about Christ, not whether or not we marry or have children. Anna the Prophetess was a childless widow who devoted her widowhood to the Lord, never departing from the temple. Not everyone is called to be a parent.
