Caroline, you are AWESOME!!! I have had knee pain for years and currently in the middle of an intense cycling routine. The knee pain started to get worse with the increased intensity.

I now do this video and one of your other videos every other day and I'm so close to beIng pain-free.

Oh my goodness.... this KILLS my legs I had no idea they were so tight. This is honestly brutal and I had to slow wayyy down. Gonna have to repeat this often ... Thank you 😭
