Well, that question is a whole debate in itself. When we find them they very well might be hard for a human mind to comprehend. If they're made of silicon then we could just be looking at something so alien and weird we wouldn't ever think that was possible.

It has been speculated before that the gray man is just what we imagine we might look like with a future set in the stars over a long time. Basically, grays are just imaginarily evolved humans.

Its not what they look like its what they can do to us.
Example. When they visit which it has been several years thank god its always in the middle of the night. I'll wake up like in a corner or behind the door on the floor completely numb. It's always the same whether it's the good ones or bad ones. The good ones just let you know of their presence but on the other hand the bad ones will put stuff or thoughts into your head to try and control you to do bad things.
Sometimes I can tell if they are watching sometimes its even scary but what ya gonna do 🤷
