This started off on the right track. The Ellora Caves in India show humanoids with elongated skulls marrying human women and having babies. There's also a carving of an alien with a HUGE head on one of the ceilings. If you take religion, culture and how the structures were built out of the equation and just look at the statues and carvings, it tells a straightforward story.

A good documentary on ancient civilizations and alien visits to earth. There is a continuity of civilization from past to present.
There is a gap between living pattern of people of ancient and present civilization.
Due to great flood and many more incidents we have lost the guidelines.
Ancient civilizations were well developed and knew what the 'Life' is. So they have inscrebed the rules and regulations as to how to live.
We can not read those inscription and if we can make out some sense, we are unable to understand the inner meaning mentioned in those inscriptions.

So what I understand is ancient civilizations have given the details of living methods through writing in pyramids and other monuments.
If we follow those rules we too now also, can live like the way how the ancient civilizations people lived.

We should learn and adapt the living pattern as given in those inscriptions

Ancient "known" civilizations are literally not the oldest ones. That was proven after the discovery of Göbeklitepe which dates back to 12.000 years. Sumerians are only 6.000 years old. We must look into changing the history and adjust it to new data.
