Here's a way to obtain it solo (i did that as i got no friends): get kc and right before you step into the agro radius hit time erase, then just run towards the car passing its spawn point. Just as your TE is about to end, use dash so when the car hits you, you do not fly back to the town, but rather ragdoll behind the car spawning place. It won't agro again, and you're free to open the chests.

another easy way is to just get to the edge and use the hands jump r and hope he pushes u to it

Another thing you can do is have a friend use king crimson and use the 6th ability making the car bounce off of you

Can you make combo with d13? I mean d13 is kinda good as passive stand but sometimes you should rush with it

first, you need a friend that uses king crimson, then let him use epitaph and while the car chases him, you rushes to the chest
