1. Ballerina hack squat
2. Smith machine hyperextension
3. Smith machine hip thrust
4. Pull through
5. Lying external rotation

Our focus today is more on the upper glutes. Training the upper glutes is important for several reasons:

OMG, never saw the face down leg cross . I'm 56, just tried this and it didn't bother my lower back and I felt the target areas of my glute. This is written down in my daily workout journal for glute day. Thank you

Erin I have purchased 3 of your workout programs! I was skeptical at first but once I learned the value in them I didn’t hesitate with the second two. Right now I’m doing Glue Gains on week 2. I just wanted to say thank you for doing an amazing job! 😊

Thank you for the many tips and information. They are such good exercises. The funny thing is sometimes when I do these exercises everyone in the gym looks like I'm stupid and don't know how to use the equipment or do the exercises.(they think that's not how it is intended or in the picture)
Now I'm self-confident enough to think I don't care how they look.And when someone wanted to show me how i have to do it, , correctly, , so that its work. i said: Erin Stern explained and showed it and I think that's it the best proof that it works.
