My problem is weird. It sounds like it’s popping but when I put my hand over my ear and push down like a plunger and up it temporarily stops it only for like a couple of minuets.

She mentioned CRACKLING and ear popping from altitude or elevation is completely different! Constant crackling or fizzle noise inside the ear is the real concern, which often precedes clogging, infection or hearing loss, and they act like they actually addressed some's issue.

Sleep it off 😴 will be better. Cold affect it too pinch nose, sniff in hard you'll close em up repeat till comfortable. Been dealing with this my entire life I'm 34. You'll be okay 👍

Every time I get my blood pressure and heart rate up my ear starts to pop. Why would this happen?

Not even with swallowing, just always every 20 seconds. Cracking. Popping.
But, only with my right ear. I hate it it's so uncomfortable.

My left ear has been popping every time I swallow. I did the balloon dilation 3 weeks ago and it worked for 4 days after the procedure but it started up again popping and crackling too. It's been 7 months and I went to several ENT doctors to no avail. I'm afraid of an airplane ride fearing the altitude will cause too much pain or I'll go deaf. Anyone with similar experience?
