Hatchback every time. You can’t beat the combined utility and great mpg. I haven’t test driven this gen but have a 10th gen hatch. It’s my third Civic and couldn’t be happier with the performance, dependability, and value. But these things are getting spendy; 31, 000 plus for a Civic? That alone will force me to consider alternatives when I am in the car market again. Great review, by the way.

The hatchback is the best looking model and it has better trunk capacity

There’s lots of videos of Honda sedan owners buying large screen TV’s trying to bring them home. It’s much easier putting a large screen tv in the back of the Honda hatchback.

I'm going for the Civic sedan because I currently have a SUV and have no plans to get rid of it . So I don't need a second hatchback.

the sedan is a better buy for a few reasons:
1. road noise. the rear wheels on the sedan are not inside of the cabin, while the hatchback's are. road noise is going to be greater in the hatch because of this.
2. visibility. it's ridiculous on the hatch. ESPECIALLY if you get one of those rear wings.

the hatch looks great and is practical but the sedan is a quieter ride and just a little bit better to drive.

Very nice, but in Phoenix @ Bell Honda they're selling the 22 Civic Sedan sport for $24.5k, 22 Accord $29.5 & the 22 CRV for $32.5k, so why would I spend $31.5k on a Civic?

I need a comfy ride. I don’t want to feel ever dip in road. Is the sedan a better choice? I feel like I’m in a sedan sitting in the hatchback. I love civics cuz it’s great mpg.

I have the sport touring. Almost perfect the way it is. Pano sunroofs are overrated. It would cut into the rear head room and are costly to repair. The arm rest on the door and center console are on the same plain, allowing your shoulders to do the same when placing you elbows on them. If I were to change or add anything it would be adjustable lumbar. We only have one car and this one is the do it all choice. Thanks for the video Tom. Always a pleasure.

Good afternoon Sir,
Would you pick the VW Jetta GLI or the Civic Touring Hatchback with the manual? Daily driver + hauling teenagers. Thank you.

I have one on order coming in this week . I would be reall fking mad if the dealer let some randomass guy take my car for a joy ride. I would make a seriously big scene . Not Kool .
