WTF this was NOT an answer to a real problem. Utterly USELESS

The problem is that mine stuck at 100% and produced 3 files in my export location. One video, one audio, and one extra with 0 bytes.

if it's gonna take more time after reaching what's even the point of having this at all premiere?!

It's a horrible issue. If you're lucky it works. If not you can start all over or split into several parts and than run it again as a "clean" workspace.
Since Adobe doesn't tell you where it is in the process of encoding it basicly sucks.
You can check your file: If it is an M4V file it won't play so you must keep the encoding for how long?
When during encoding the percentage is given the calculation takes place on that specific timeline so the info doesn't fit reality. When the program gets to the hard part that time goes up instead of down. When it gets to the easy parts that time goes down faster than reality.
It's just stupid Adobe doesn't fix this issue since it's all over You-Tube.

Mine was stuck at 100% but I could still see the file in my documents so I just X out of it and it was fine.

Before exporting clean the cache memory, it helps, you have to wait, but it reduces the time from hours to minutes.

Delete Cache Files

- First, open Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Then click Edit >Preferences > Media Cache.
- Here click Delete under the Media Cache Files section.
- Now accept clearing everything and restart your computer and you shouldn’t have any issues with exporting/encoding anymore.

Resently i figured why pr pro gets stuck at 100%. It is doing audio/video mix. You can see 2 or 3 files while export is in progress. Same happens in Me. Don't accidentally stop it.
