i always look for expired vitamins at store shelfs and i usually get it for free when i show it to the managers

If you have fishoil that expired, I would break one or two open to check the smell to ensure it’s not rancid.

Have been taking my expired vitamins for years cause I have a bunch of them. All of them are good, I use NOW brand, except Vitamin B-50 complex, those get powdery and stinky after 4 years even after they are sealed mostly becuase they are not coated.

I liked the honest answer and not an attempt to sell more products however I believe omega 3 should become rancid after a while, not just lose potency?? They're unusable at that point of rancidity.
