Is Adobe Animate good for beginners

Adobe Animate was and still is one of the most famous animation software and was formerly known as Adobe Flash.

If you’re familiar with web development and its animation effects, you may remember the days where flash used to be the leading software in web graphics. And it died in2020 since it was classified as “obsolete” and ceased to be updated. Adobe Animate however is becoming more and more powerful, and it has a constantly growing community of users. Hi there! I directed the animation at the start of this vid and thought people like to know that it was animated in TVPaint, not animate CC. With enough compositing Adobe animate might have been possible but TVPaint allowed us to use more textures in cleanup.

Great Video. Can you upload a vector character and then manipulate it to animate it? Also when moving a characters limb position, does it automatically position other parts to keep it natural etc ?

I know that Apple Motion is more akin to After Effects, but if I wanted to use Apple motion to animate instead of Adobe animate would this be a viable option? I am looking for pros and cons of one vs. the other blond just the obvious 2D / 3D differences.
