Adobe Animate 2020

Adobe Animate Version 20.0 is live. Please update your copy of Animate to the latest using the new Creative Cloud desktop application.

Most of these were tweens, why didn't they show more examples of traditional hand drawn animation? Has everyone moved to tvpaint now?

We need new brushes, like in TV paint. For hand drawn animators

All I see is cutout animation tools, I'm as a frame-by-frame animator the Brush Tool is my main tool (not the pencil).
Is there finally a better Brush tool on the new version?
The brush engine itself, or is it still suck like it was on early versions?
Did adobe finally made a GOOD responsive, accurate, well-emulated brush engine like in Toon Boom Harmony?
or not yet...
Once I you'll have a good brush engine Adobe, I'll consider to move from Toon Boom Harmony not before.. Happy Holidays! :)

I'm sticking with the 2019 version. Plus, I'm probably going to switch to Toon Boom as well since a lot of people I know switched to it and were more satisfied.

They can't fix a bug from 2017(!!!) release with layer depth when symbol is getting smaller if you move it on workspace

I like the cool new rigging tools, but also it would be nice to have pressure dynamics for people that use drawing tablets to animate(I don't think that exists right now, if it does then I just don't know how to enable it). Also I have to agree with another comment saying that most of these were tweens rather than frame - by - frame.

It looks like Alan Becker could utilise tween for EXTREMELY smooth animation. I think he prefers hand drawn tho
