Sounds like same HR taken F2F in CoForge office Bengaluru 🤣, pretty much they're following same pattern in asking questions and negotiations. One good thing about CoForge is, they not only gonna match your best offer also they go significantly higher number in CTC ... and thats sounds me very crazy. Their offer was really good and even offered me senior position (2 x Exp in years). I couldn't join as they strictly told me to come to office 5 days a week as it's banking project..I declined with heavy heart.😆
