Watched this movie once. Never returned.

Whereas the trilogy, I've binged-rewatched it for millions of times ---- and probably rewatching it now still makes me entertained.

Fishburne is on the money. I convinced myself it was OK when I watched it in the cinemas but grew to hate it.

The comedy in it is just horrendous. It's not what the Matrix was like and nobody wants a comedy movie sequel.

I remember waiting at the movies listening to so many disappointed people coming out of their viewing room trashing the film. I overheard a guy that was with his friends walking out that said he needed to go and wash his eyes with some dogshit to remove the stain of what he just watched.
I walked to the counter and refunded my ticket, went home and watched the original trilogy with some snacks and waited for more reviews to pop up.

Ok, so i'm just gonna say it. I think lawrence fishburg wasn't invited because he refused to say "her" and "she"... When I found out what "they" had became, or should i say, "Transformed" into, i was "shocked" and "confused." No pun intended, well, maybe a little. But the point is the movie was trash and i was very disappointed.

i have absolutely NO memory of matrix 4....it was so fucking boring, and i say this as a HUGE matrix fan, it was so disappointing

The downfall was that it knew it’s audience so well and it spoke truth to the audience and power. In fact the movie itself spoke about the use of nostalgia and refused to use it the way the audience wanted it to be used.

In the opening scene where the new girl falls down the neon sign, if you freeze frame it, you can notice that the sign says "for those who love to eat shit" 😂

Whomever decided not to INVITE Fishburn back was an epic failure in the success of Matrix 4!! Too bad so sad because the receipts prove that it was a disastrous decision that hurt them at the box office! I hated Matrix 4. It was painfully bad!!!

Pretty sure that once Lawrence read the script he was like “nah.” This movie was embarrassing, insulting, and unnecessary. I guess they forgot that Neo got his powers from believing in himself, not because he was piggybacking off of trinity. As for the fight scenes, let’s just say that Walker Texas Ranger has better fights and special effects.
