“You think that’s air you are breathing now?” I love that line in the Matrix! … I love this man voice and diction, how he raise and lower his voice, the way he pauses, the way he delivers his lines is above the average American actors!

Laurence Fishburne is one hell of an actor but sadly very underappreciated..! It's enough to look at his works and the roles he plays, from intimidating and possibly demented Jimmy Jump in the "king of New York" to the Shakespearean "Othello" then the Morpheus in Matrix, and the list goes on..! He has such huge range and is very versatile as an actor with a very great Voice..!

This guy is one of the best actors alive. He seems to get even better over time. His performance in Hannibal was incredible.

Not to take away from Morpheus at all, because I love that character, but Mr. Fishburne will go down in my own personal history as Jack Crawford from Hannibal. Absolutely outstanding job with that character. He was one of the pillars of the show.

My favorite role for him was Tanny Brown in Just Cause or the father on Boyz N the Hood. He is just a great actor and Hollywood legend as far as I'm concerned.
