I am a 61 year old English woman and because of the Corona virus I can't go to the gym anymore, so, I have bought a pair of 3 kilo dumbbells, and you are going to help me become glorious! Forearms are just so damn hard to build. Its nuts. Its difficult to isolate the muscle groups and get that GAIN workout you can get with upper body.

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been starting to gain in my upper body and legs from strength training and always hated my dinky little forearms. Some asshole once told me “that’s genetic you can’t work it out” so I never bothered to try until now. So again. Thank you so much for this.

Just did this workout ! Modified it a bit, after every set I would do a farmers and immediately jump into the following set. For a total of 4 rounds .
