Yes, adults also can use baby soap. Baby soap mainly the pH is 5.5. That is the optimum pH to keep the skin smooth and it does, any soap can cleanse the oil mainly and dirt also. So anybody can use the baby soap and best is to use a baby soap with a low pH value.
