I don’t have that option from the drop down menu

I have been trying to change this setting for months, and it works for a bit, sometimes, and then reverts back to not letting me see anything. It just tells me to change my settings, then it takes me that page and the settings are correct. But it still doesn't work.

It didn’t have the button for me and I’m the right amount of age for it so do you know what I can do
