Fired up the Pitts & Spitts Maverick 1250 and did some 4-2-1 St Louis Style Ribs! Yep you heard right these were on for 7 hours! I highly recommend getting the Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub! Hands down one of the best rubs I've ever had! Thanks for watching!

Pit Temp:225F
Step 1: 4 Hours Unwrapped and spritzed a few times throughout
Step 2: Wrapped in foil with a little sauce and put back on meat side down
Step 3: Removed from foil and sauced twice for the next hour
Step 4 : Eat

Hey Bri! Really liked the method and combo of rub and looked Killer! I only wish I had my hands on a couple of those bones!
Nice instructions on your prep work also! 👍👍 I've been wanting to get some more sucklebuster stuff, so I'll be trying the BBQ Party rub since
You recommend! 👍 🍺 \m/

Quick question on the Pitts and Spitts Maverick. Can you explain how the front shelf is attached? Is it easily removed? I am looking to store this on a covered patio that is also a walkway and would prefer it not to have a shelf protruding into the walk space.

Ribs look excellent by the way, and thanks.

Really good looking ribs Brian! Do you have a favorite flavor of pellet you like with ribs? Great video as
