At 5:12 it looks like the door is warped from heat and at 5:55 you can see the smoke pattern where it escapes. And the thing is I love everything about this grill, but paying $1800 I’m afraid I’m A little picky. Hopefully it’s just a mirage.

I haven't tried injecting or Kosmos rubs. I need to branch out. LOL The brisket looked very juicy and tender. Had to be delicious. Since it was Father's Day I bet daddy Tom had a belly full of brisket. Nice cook. Oh yea, I love that shelf.
