Rear Delt Machine Fly Mistake (DON'T DO THIS!)

Показать описание
A common mistake when performing the rear delt machine fly is squeezing your shoulder blades together, which shifts the focus to your traps. While this is fine if you're targeting your traps, it’s not ideal if your goal is to isolate the rear delts. To better engage your rear delts, aim to keep your shoulder blades as stationary as possible. While completely fixing them can be challenging, focus on maintaining control and directing the movement through your rear delts.

Top one, you dont do a whole stretch to put more pressure on the shoulders so you don't also shift the muscles of the back، if you would like to specifically target them (i think) bottom one also usses the back muscles which makes the back active and makes your shoulder gains less (i think again)

Edit: ok guys so if you do a whole stretch like the bottom one it will engage the back meaning it will spil the gains for both muscles used, if you want to do you delts ALONE you should not do a full stretch so that the tension is only at your delts (rear) 😊
