Today, my Saturday was a perfect example of expectations vs. reality. I had planned to cook something special, but my mom surprised me with an outing to Namaste Jharna, a place I hadn't visited in years. Excited, I agreed and left without eating much – just a banana and a few lychees.

However, just as we were about to leave, my dog Grace ran away, and I had to chase her for almost 2 km before carrying her back home. Exhausted, we finally set off towards our destination. On the way, I treated myself to some ice cream, but upon arriving, I was met with a crowded scene due to the weekend rush.

Despite the crowd and intense sunlight, I walked 25-30 minutes hoping to relax under the waterfall. Unfortunately, the noise and crowd were overwhelming, and I couldn't enjoy the water. My mom and aunts had fun, but I decided not to join them. If you prefer quieter spots, I recommend visiting on weekdays instead.

Hungry and tired, we had some chatpate on our way back, which was just okay. We then stopped by Bhedetar where I hoped to have momo but ended up with a disappointing plate of chowmein. It was smelly and the worst food experience I've had. To lift my spirits, I got momo from my favorite place to end the day on a good note.
