save the avocado seed - the most nutritious part of it - leave it on the counter til it dries - then the outer skin will flake off then put in a coffee grinder til it is chopped up - then sprinkle on salads etc...store in fridge

In Brazil we usually eat sweet avocado like avocado's smoothie with milk and honey or sugar, u should try guys . I never tried these recipe before. It's looks yummy and health. This video was so funny and I loved the weed part 😆 😆. You should do more video like this. Maybe trying recipes from another countries.

"Just the tip" Bahahahaha! :P I Love avocados and avocado toast! My go to, beyond the obvious of toast and avocado, is salt, pepper, pepitos/pumpkin seeds and cilantro. I will sometimes add an egg, Applegate bacon, flax seed, hemp seed, dusting of collagen powder, sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes, garlic salt and/or cayenne. I've also tried a tasty caprese version with tomato, mozarella, basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Now I need to try it with more veggies and the tip of a jalapeno...yum!! :)
