I certainly feel like making avocado toast with Jasmine would be a hell of a lot more fun and therefore would also taste better. Although, hold the cranberries pls.

As a customer, I'd say Barrett's looks very visually appealing. But as a sous chef, if he worked under me, I would tell him to redo that toast. Burnt is a no-no in my kitchen. It doesn't taste good, it doesn't look good, and it gives the impression that whoever put it together just didn't pay attention. His excuse that "it'll be hidden" kinda proves my point. Jasmine's was fine for a home presentation. I'm impressed that she wasn't intimidated by trying to poach her first egg!
