KNOW THIS for C-Section Recovery// Resting and sleeping is super important in immediate c section recovery. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, your body needs the help, you need to prioritize recovering well. If you don’t, recovery could take much longer.
Diaphragmatic breathing is so key for your deep core muscle retraining after having your c section. It seems really simple but you can start it right away to help reduce adhesions, tightness and pulling in the scar area as well as connect with your deep core muscles as your first step in re-training your core. Start by inhaling in through your nose for 4 seconds or more. While you do this your belly should rise and inflate with air. Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds or more and your belly should release all the air and relax downward. Make sure to subscribe and hit the bell cause i'll be going in depth about this.
