I used to hate walking when I was younger then one day I was bored and went on a 5 hour walk. Best thing I ever did for myself. I have been a consistent walker throughout the years. I am glad I walk for my health.

So true!!! I got a treadmill desk for work and it changed my life. It's amazing, I started walking 10 miles a day (never thought I would walk that much consistently) I walked slowly between 1.7 - 2.5 mph. In the first 10 days I lost 10 lbs. Had no idea this would happen. I have lost over 25 lbs since starting. And I've kept the weight off. But there are so many other benefits to walking. I even had clearer skin - its incredible. Walking at work changed my life. I enjoy work so much more now. Sitting down all day is the worst. Whatever you do just start walking more.

Video is very informative, ty. I had a minor stroke before pandemic Dec 2019. Since then I’ve been walking. Started 5-10 mins everyday since I never had exercised before. Gradually increased my walking and now I can walk for an hour straight. A friend of mine had given me her old Fitbit. I’m doing 5-7 miles everyday. I’m challenging myself to walk 10-15k steps every single day. I’m now on 232 days. Btw I walk inside the house or sometimes outside.

Walking... the easiest way to get in shape and stay in shape. The rhythmic movement of the walking stride is somewhat hypnotic. I feel this is why walking has a great positive effect on your mood and helps lessen anxiety and depression. Walk on, Frank

Excellent video. I was not exercising for awhile and started experiencing sleeping issues. Now I walk everyday and I sleep so good throughout the night. Yes to walking. Love it!

Doing hard cardio and strength training, after a while I started to experience more injuries. So I switched to walking and I have to say its the best thing I ever did! Helped me in loosing and now maintaining good health. Also the mental benefits are fantastic! 🚶‍♀️🧘‍♀️

I'm a walker already. About 7 miles/day just by waling too and from work. It might seem bad at first but it's really easy after a week or so. I think this video is great and hope more people take up walking, specially in this pandemic times when public transport doesn't seem to be a great idea.

day 5th walking everday for 30-40minutesa day.. i got addicted to it.. cant go by the day without walking.. feeling great

I have been walking a lot more recently even through the winter. It has improved my sense of well being. It does help with my sleep. I need to keep it up.

I have tested this wonderfull walking excercise on me and trust me guys it do make feel light, more energetic and more peacefull and mentally strong. Those wanna loose weighy can also do it by just 1 hour of walking and a proper diet.
So keep walking be healthy and be covid neg🙂

I started walking the end of last summer since I had cancelled my gym membership during the pandemic. The walking was very beneficial for me mentally. All that crazy closed up energy seemed to me left on the sidewalk. I also mixed my walk with a bicycle ride sometimes. I started again around April when the weather started getting warm. I don't know if there is anything scientifically supporting this but after I built up my walking stamina I would sprint for a few seconds or maybe a block and then walk at regular pace. I would do this a few times during my walk. I really think that this makes a difference with my weight loss.
