About 7 yrs ago, I was following an older farmer on YouTube. He had printed out USDA farm reports for Years and, 7 yrs ago, USDA was going back 3-4 yrs and changing the crop output data, revising it down, to make then current crop yields look not so scary. Govt numbers are all window dressing to make us and markets feel ok.

As a science major at the University of A Arizona, I was there for a year and a half at a satellite campus known as Pima College. Then when graduate students found out that I was getting a 4.2 grade point averaging in my science classes I was offered lots of money back then to take the final test in their name, which was called challenging the course.
they said it was easy to fool the administrator of the testing facility .I could go into the testing facility, say I was them, past the course so they could get their doctorate.
This is a true story I stand by-it.
I was poor and could not finish my education but I never took a single penny or falsified my name or took a test for somebody else. As a result. I did not finish my college and ended up in the place where I should’ve been all my life; a construction worker and happy to be there.
The point of this story is these so-called scientist experts where from the very moment they signed into a class they could not understand lied and fell into a pool of deceit with other so called experts in there field, so they could get a job with the government because true scientific establishments would never hired them.
