I think the ELE will arrive much sooner. I’m basing this on the weather patterns seen of recent years. Nothing normal about them at all. One week we are getting heat, humidity from the south, .the next we get a cold front from Canada that brings in lashing waves of rain. Temps are 20 degrees below normal here in Wisconsin. Corn crops are stunted. Many crop fields are not even planted. Human psyche seems radically one way or the other in the populations. It will be a good thing when it happens. Hopefully right minded people survive.
