If anyone can help me understand why my iPhone 13 pro max that I just got a day ago 12/18/21, gets pretty dam warm when charging it, or just using it casually. And why does the battery seem to drain not to fast but does a bit quicker than I thought.

Why not check the multi touch by using the advanced calculator app and slide your finger over all buttons and look for the highlight? Can rotate to both left and right orientation to verify gyroscope as well.

They don’t teach in store reps about online because the online is looked at as a competitor to the stores. The online site usually has cheaper deals and different plans from what’s in store so they won’t teach you about the website since like I said it’s a competitor. Boost mobile is all franchises. As for changing your plan the boost one app works most of the time but the In store reps system lets them change customers plans to either 40, 50, or 60. And if your an existing customer and your on the T-Mobile sim unfortunately you can’t change what network your in even if you buy an att sim as boost won’t let you. The only way around it is to own one of the rainbow sim/b5g phones and wait for boost to migrate you manually to the new network which actually uses all 3 network simultaneously
