Takes on a entire different horrifying meaning in this animation. This is one of the best ones I think I’ve seen for Mouthwashing (I said this a crap ton by now) but you really take the time to characterize Anya. Anya in the game is seen through a male gaze, but here you give Anya her own dialogue as she overdoses. While it’s not canon, it does still hit hard. She probably believed each word you had her speak. Man it’s just the characterization you add that makes this animation so good along with that eerie-ness.

I literally LOVE this. Chills. It really communicates the goriness of it all- it doesn’t hesitate to be crass about what happened to Anya, but it also focuses on *her* and her feelings over just characterizing her through a male gaze and what happened to her. It gives her a voice, in a way. The artwork also is AMAZING. I love this!

This is a nightmare and I love every second of it. The handling of Anya’s rape in the fandom has always bothered me, even alone calling it ‘assault’ doesn’t do justice to the hell she went through. This is perfect, it doesn’t sugar coat anything. You handled it perfectly. Idk if you’ll see this but I’ll definitely coming back to watch this often, it’s exactly what I’ve been wanting. Thanks on behalf of the mouthwashing community, we needed this :).
