How did I never find this channel before researching silverados? Former Engineer, doing car reviews, with an amusing rating system, and no signs of shilling for local dealerships or mfgs, AND doing restos/mods??. This is like everything I want in a youtube channel.

I just bought a 2023 Sierra Elevation 2.7 based a lot on Sara's review I watched a year ago. I came back to the video to watch it again after having purchased and driven a similar model, very happy so far.

These 2.7 turbo have been around for a few years already and so far everyone who owns one says they are pretty reliable.

Props to GM for sticking with a regular oil filter and not going to a cartridge.

WoW. .. I love the undercarriage assessment you give in your reviews. And that you take the time to research oddities that appear with these newer vehicles. This sets you apart from ALL of the other car reviewers out there

I'd opt for the 8 over the 4 any day, especially since the 4 is turbocharged and can drop half it's displacement. That 4 might be great new, but I very much doubt it will age well. Also, when did a low end truck costing over 50 grand become a good deal. I must be getting OFF MY LAWN !

I love how I always know what to expect when I see your videos. Humorous thorough and concise.

Really cool with the drone shots - worked really well on the off road parts - I think you got the balance right as well - so many people go overboard with a drone as soon as they get one. Also nice to see you still barking mad - don't ever change you and you sense of humour are the main reason why people watch this channel!!

Holy, 430lb-ft out of a 4cyl is pretty impressive for a factory output. So long as the rods stay on the block, that is. The definitely need a 2 door sporty car that would be ~1/2 the price of the Corvette with this engine. The drone footage was cool to add to your production too.

Tackling those two hills with so little drama was truly impressive! And I agree with you that sometimes, the lower trim levels are just more desirable cars.

Thank you so much Sarah you do a phenomenal job at reviewing these vehicles I've been looking to get one but I wanted to wait a couple of years to see what other versions they came out with.

The Porsche 944 S2 from 1989-91 had a 3.0 liter 4 cylinder with 208 hp. Wow! Has technology changed over the years.

I have heard about this truck with this engine nad been wondering what it's like.
Thanks for doing this truck that a lot of reviewers might ignore. You do a good job selling it, I kind of want one!

I love the 2.7s, driven a few at the last job i was at, the turbo is quite loud, and the truck has torque for days. Sounded like a tractor in some of those shots

Love my 2021. Can't believe they up graded the tourque from 2021 to 2022. I have 384 ftlbs compared to 420 or 430 ftlbs. Quick and nimble.

Can't stop laughing about "Cinamom rolls" and "Plood".🤣🤣🤣
Didn't expect so much power in that car.
👍🏻
Colour is also nice.

I am a huge sucker for a throaty V8 engine. But this thing convinced me that someone needs to give me $50k to put one in my driveway! Loved this review!

These trucks are nice and the 4cyl is highly underestimated, i love the simplicity.. my new work truck is a 3500 4x4 and we often use it on muddy snow packed roads in remote locations, the traction system when using off road mode works fantastic, no need to spin tires throwing mud everywhere, it just goes right thru .. thanks for the review

I just like that it has the handle gear shifter on the dash where it belongs!!! Their new pho-dodge tiny shifter in the center console blocks valuable space where I need to set drive thru food bags on toad trips!
