On grass overgrown both good to go. Probably edge to 2620. I like my 131 stihl on overgrown nasty work though.

I'd take echo fewer moving parts and have had great luck i have a pas 225sb 4 years carb never touched to be rebuilt or cleaned ive changed spark plug cleaned air filter and cleaned the spark arrester with a propane torch had it for four years

I have a 2015 Stihl fs90r, and a 2017 Stihl fs111 with the handlebars. Love both of them. 4 mix motors I love the torque they put out. Adjusting the valves is something I’ve gotten used to. Every year or two I take a few extra minutes as adjust them. They have both been tough as nails in my experience. I understand people’s opinions about extra maintenance but to me it is something that I have gotten used to and the motors (power) I love so it’s worth it to me.

Echo all the way they will outlast any stihl 4mix just my advice of 34 years in the business.

I like echo 2620T high torque over 4 mix any day however for Kombi system I use km131r for bushes, pole saw, stick edger and brush cutting with blades that it. But trimming and edging with string trimmer I use 2620t any day they are less maintenance

I bought a 91r about a year ago it starts with no issues I used on a brush job and it did very well guard and all plus it was $249.00 last year can’t complain it’s super light to they doubled my warranty cuz I bought mixed fuel already !

I use the honda HHT35SUKA and its nice but doesn't have near the power of my redmax bcz400sw. That thing is a monster.

I love my Echo Pas 2620 plenty of power and starts right up cold or hot. Not a fan of Stihls 4 mix engines, more maintenance and harder to start then Echo.

Is the 2620T more powerful than the fs91r?
I know the regular 2620 isn’t but what about the T model?

I’ll take a Japanese made Echo over anything in second place would have to be redmax even though Stihl changed the game with their backpack blowers I still prefer Echo.

I've used the KM91 and the PAS2620 extensively. I found that the Stihl had more power in tall and thick grass and was easier to start, but the Echo was lighter and better on fuel. I ended up selling the Echo as it didn't have the power that I needed for thick grass.
