Light coat of free hub oil in hub.

i've never heard of anything that sounds like this. Most hubs are just noise but this is different. It sounds like it's got a supercharger or something. I love it. It's got both noise and its own unique sound

The first thing i noticed (after the awesome sound) was how quickly your wheel coasted down. A mis-adjusted brake does not show off the great efficiency of the I9 hub...

Man, that is LOUD! I honestly can say I am not a fan of loud hubs. The 690 POE sounds wicked, but God damn that buzz saw sound. Part of the reason I ride is to find peace & quiet out on the trails.
