Tri tip is a great cut of meat. I have found that ginger is a great addition to some recipes. Ginger can also be used to clean the palette.

I highly recommend trying this with pectoral. If the store you shop at sells chuck tips, thats what it is. Not many places sell it. Shaws does, so its likely star market does since they are the same. Albertsons might as well.
