I remember I made a like 15 minute metroidvania for my game development class in high school that I thought was hot ass, but according to the teacher and a decent amount of students in that class it had the best gameplay and when asked if they would buy it if it were completed most students said yes, which really filled me with confidence, and I still think it was hot ass
