When this guy says 1-2 months practicing the Muay Thai roundhouse kick he is not lying. Even with a heavy bag it takes about this long. It's brutal on your shins because of the nerves are so sensitive and hurt so bad. Makes you want to quit altogether. But I got past it. I have a long way to go because i practice on and off and I'm in my 40's but I'm glad I learned it.

This is all great though a coach goes a long way a good coach helps a lot I have a coach that I train with once in a while but damn those classes help it’s not just pointing u in the right direction but when u train by yourself you will train properly and not make any mistakes that could lead to problems later on but other then that great video the things you mentioned really do help

Love this - direct simple and somehow comprehensive. I think training hard on this would certainly create a solid foundation for strength, fitness and striking ability. Of course tactics and body movement something else.

Damn everything till now I've been training wrong I realize now I think I can make my own natural heavybag using bamboo and rope and coconuts for reflex training by hanging it around a tree and sparring with my lil bro and exercises.
