Wait a minute though...we have ALSO DONE THESE THINGS...but we've done it because we just want to see them smile and show we love them, so BE CAREFUL! If you're in a new relationship, you might have just found a truly good, generous, kind person. Wait to see what they expect in return. If it's just a smile or a thank you, don't assume they are out to get you. I did all those things(not all, just the positive ones) because I really liked her and wanted to help her since I had the means. She just saw it as a weakness and exploited my generosity, kindness, love, and affection. It wasn't even a YEAR before she EXPECTED these things instead of appreciated them.
