Well waking up here in Iceland when the sunrise is. In the summer the sun doesn’t set for 3days and we have white nights. And in the winter we sometimes have 3hours of light. That is on the longest day of the year and the shortest.

Doctor Janey what if you have a migraine and you can't stand light and you can't stand Norris? How are you going to get any sunlight on your eyes when you have a migraine and I woke up to one? This morning can you tell me about that? Can you tell me what to do? I did take 2 migraine medicines that's over the counter. Which is accidental thank you you have a good day ma'am
