Here are two types of healthy and delicious Korean Spinach Salad (Sigeumchi Namul) that take less than 10 minutes to make and can last in the fridge for a whole week! We are making two flavors today, one spicy and one savory; both flavors taste good with everything and are super simple to make. Make Sigeumchi Namul in bulk once a week, and you got vegetables ready to go for the rest of the week!

I made this and also sauteed the garlic with some silken tofu, chili flakes and soy and lemme tell you. IT WAS HeAVVAennnn, in my mouth. So inexpensive, time efficient and cheappp, I would 100% recommend, and I made my Asian mum happy :))

I made this today and it’s freaking good! This will definitely not last up to a week in the fridge it will be devoured within a day. I also added a little honey👌🏽

guys, u can eat any leafy vegetable without cooking or boiling except spinach, because all the nutrients present in spinach can only be extracted by cooking.

Mine doesn't last a week. If it doesn't all get eaten in the first couple of days I will make bibimbap by the 3rd day because after that it begins to taste weird.
