High Protein Spicy Cutlet Salad | easy indian healthy recipes
INGREDIENTS:
For the Cutlet Mixture:
1. ½ cup kabuli chana (chickpeas), soaked for 4-5 hours
2. ½ cup soya chunks, soaked in hot water
3. 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
4. 1-inch ginger, chopped
5. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
6. ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
7. ½ tsp coriander powder
8. ½ tsp black pepper powder
9. Salt, to taste
10. 1 small green chili, chopped
11. 1 large green chili, chopped (mild, for flavor)
12. Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
13. 2 tbsp rice flour
14. 2 tbsp water (for mixing)
For the Dressing:
1. 3 almonds, soaked
2. 6-7 cashew nuts, soaked
3. 2 dried red chilies, soaked
4. 3 tbsp yogurt (curd)
5. 1 tbsp honey
6. Salt, to taste
For Garnishing and Plating:
1. Fresh cabbage leaves (for plating)
2. Onion slices
3. Fresh coriander leaves
