One of my best friends from highschool (she was like a sister to me, 10+yrs of friendship) was at least 8/10 of these and it took me such a long time to see our relationship for what it really was. I didn't want to end the friendship for so long because I felt like it would dismember our entire friend group and we had all been through the entirety of our teen years and 20's together, all the ups and downs, all the parties and dating stories and uni days etc . During the covid years it made it easier though because I wasn't around her as much. I realized I didn't feel so low and drained anymore, I didn't speak negatively about myself when I was on my own so I realized that was never my voice in my head, I started getting back to things I loved and realized no one was stopping me from doing those things I loved and in fact the people I had around me were supporting and encouraging. It's crazy how one person can have such an impact on your life without you even realizing it fully so all I have to say is pick the right people to be in your life and BE the right person in other peoples lives.

Always try to be far away from these type of Someone my closest, since last 3yrs is destroying me, my mental health, torturing me like anything through social media... I am not able to be productive and active as was before... They are trying their best to spoil my day sending destructive msgs from early morning to late night....
