as a Turk, its always so funny to me when people say savory yogurt is gross lol here in Turkiye we eat yogurt with savory dishes all the time!

And my Bulgarian soul is used to eat yoghurt neutral (naturally very sour), savoury (with salt, garlic, cucumbers and wallnuts) and with fruits (real fruits no sugar added).

As a Turkish person I understand why people might be upset about the plain yogurt because in this part of the world we have similar feelings about the sweet yogurt because of cultural and culinary differences. However, every dish deserves a chance.

Bruh I’m Indian and though I’m not a yogurt girlie myself in most cases (my husband and son are the complete opposite), the idea that “savory yogurt sucks” is weird af! Go you for experimenting and enjoying the flavors from a wide variety of cultures!

That looks heavenly! I recently went into a Mediterranean market in my neighborhood for the first time, and they make their tzatziki (along with everything else) fresh everyday. I don't think I've ever tasted anything so good in my life.
