Rolex’s new service cards make it easy to check your timepieces service history right from your phone. Just tap or scan the QR code on the card to see all of the details

Going forward, Rolex service cards will no longer just be laminated cards with the watches details and service explanation. These cards will now have the same quality feel as Rolex warranty cards. In addition they have a QR code and NFC tag that links to the watches information such as serial number, model number and service history. Even if this link is shared, it will not work, the link must come the card directly to view the service information about the watch.

I just had my watch serviced, and got the new card, but when I scan it my watch information does not appear. Am I doing something wrong? I did check to see that my phone was NFC enabled too ..

I just tapped my card and it took me to the Rolex website, but I didn’t see my watch info.
