Lincoln Town Cars are very reliable. I bought a 1994 for $1500 and restored it (basically replaced all the rusted parts since I live in the rust belt). I had 0 mechanical problems ever since and I couldn't be happier!

Correction the gs300 has 2JZ which is a straight six not a V6

If you really wanna go cheap on the Lincoln, just buy a Mercury Grand Marquis of same year. Basically same powertrain with lesser fluff and luxury. I was surprised how comfortable they ride when i drove one. And that from me that drives Lexus ES300 as a daily driver. Cheap to maintain too. Great Channel!

Audi A4 B6-B7 should be on this list honestly, I have an 2008 A4 and it has the luxury yet is very reliable, plus can be sporty when you want it to. Standard or Automatic aswell. Can find pretty easily under $5K
