That is what i mean with my principals and moral. make your decision at the right time. I mean, if I know that I can't get rid of the responsibility, then I have the right to make the decision. No one has the right to tell me what's right or wrong when I'm in charge. Most people are afraid to make only one decision because it could be the wrong one. Being afraid of making the wrong decision and not making a decision because of it is the worst thing you can do.
