When feeling anxious or worried, rather than suppressing the feeling, try to go into it and see what it is trying to tell you.

Books in the background + Chair + an INFJ + stare = a counsellor.

Anxiety isn’t the enemy. Avoidance is the enemy. I’ve been fighting the wrong enemy for years.

I heard that in some cases, anxiety can stem from suppressing your true nature and putting too much effort into conforming to others’ expectations

Fear knocked on the door, faith answered and there was nobody there.

I get anxious just by trying to ask something to a cashier or a stranger or to a person working whose job is to answer the customer's questions
I always thought that I'm bothering them

The worse anxiety loop I had was working at a job I did not like. The vibes through out my experience was making me physically ill. So with my full integrity of self-preservation, I quit. Went to work, told the managers that I was resigning on the spot, because the job was not for me, that I was wasting their time and mine. Thanked them for hiring me and went my merry way. It was such a relief, the burden/anxiety was off my shoulder and mind. Felt so much better after that, another door opened for me that was unexpected, but turned out to be positive for myself and others. So yes, we must face the reality of the anxiety and proceed without fear. Thanks, FJ, for another great counseling session! :)

I really like that you’re talking about stuff like this now. I think you’re a big help for many people like me. It makes much more sense when you talk about it. Helps me to get out of my bubble, I worry far too much.

The key point in this conversation is infj's work on your indecisiveness. Make a decision stick with it and move forward. We loop and have anxiety because of the FEAR of the outcome of our decision. Fact= it wont be the end of the world whatever you decide. You'll be ok.

Thank you, FJ. Anxiety is under rated by people that don’t experience it. It can be paralyzing. For me, the worst kind is when dealing with family health issues. Projecting the worse case scenario, is my specialty. ;)

I always end up erasing any comments I have because they sound stupid. I guess what I'm trying to say is, your videos are so intimidatingly relatable they make me anxiously happy? Love from an INFP 💖

I watched your old videos and compared the old Frank with today Frank and I need to say, damn, you've made a huge progress with improving yourself. I mean I see two different people. You're my inspiration mate (INTJ)

The more we learn to gain control over our anxiety (not abolish it), the more we increase our capacity to empathize with others.
