Here’s everything I prepped for the week as a dietitian who focuses on high-protein, plant-forward meals!

- Jasmine Green Tea
- Broccoli, Sweet Potato, Cheddar Onion Egg Bake with
- Freezer Clean Out Soup! Chicken sausage, celery, onions, garlic, carrots, ginger peas, and a little half and half
- Roasted Chicken, Cauliflower, Squash, and Brussels Salad marinated in Hanley’s Avocado Vinagrette topped with pecans and pomegranate seeds
- Roasted potatoes and sautéed squash to go with meatballs and salmon for dinner

Half and half won’t work in high acid soups. It’ll curdle. Just fyi.

Please google how much microplastics tea bags leech into hot water and only use loose tea leaves. No more tea bags ever!
