Hey Brett, My name is Ethan and I would like to personally thank you for everything you’ve done to help me fix my image. Back then I used to have a hunch bump on the back of my neck due to my bad posture, I wore hoodies to cover it and then I saw your video on posture.
It felt amazing when i finally fixed it and I decided to look at your other videos. For the whole year of 6th and 7th grade I’ve been wearing my hats as I didn’t like my comb over with a hard part, so I decided to change it to a slick back with skin fade using low hold putty and sea salt spray. I’ve been mewing, working out my abs, and pretty much doing everything you say to help us men with our image. I got one last moth left of summer vacation and I’ve been using the days to work out along with other things, and when I enter 8th grade, I’ll feel like a new man. Yall i got a tipp, use a undereye creme ( I personally use caffeine eye creme from inkey skin) and before you go to bed aply a layer of vaseline! Works absolutely perfect and i have some really bad undereye bags. Idk if the creme is necessary or is just reducing the darkness but the Vaseline DEFINITELY works and also makes your lashes grow lol

I tried it and in fact it's better to buy something specifically created for that function, since spoons lose the cold very fast

Also, use baking soda pastes under your eyes. Helps tighten those bags if it's more of a genetic thing than a dietary thing

Or you can grab a bowl and fill it with water and put ice in it and then you put your whole face in the water for probably 30s - 1m. But starters can start with 10s and build up to 30s.

use retinol eye cream works better and olive oil mixed with coffee put as paste under eyes for 5 mins then wash off.

Has always made my dark circles worse. Warm shower does my under eyes better.
