Eye bags are different from eye puffiness. I have eye bags which means fat pads accumalated under eyelids.Puffiness can be addressed easier, eye bags is a different story. I got all excited from the title of the video, but no eye bags can not be eliminated completely with this remedy. . With all due respect I always look at your videos and always learn something.
